I would suggest you to run a full scan using Hickvision iVMS-4200 program will not load.
I had v2.4.0.6 working, but then when trying to add a new camera which requires going to the Server tab or device management it just freezes. The software is not able to get the available. This decodeprocess.exe might be a virus/malware as we don't have any Microsoft document stating that it is our file. H, I am starting to despair trying to get iVMS-4200 installed (and working) on my Windows 10 64-bit machine. Its a bug in the Hikvision software that makes it not compatible with Windows 10.
